April Milky Way Info

Itenerary:

This is a flexible itinerary to give you an idea. I modify everything I do in order to care for every single one of my attendees. Those modifications are done on the fly with everyone in attendance approval.

April 17th 5:pm Checkin at hotel. Then a short introduction meeting. From there we will head to our individual rooms to rest. Then we will meet up again at 1:30am to go shoot the Milky Way. We will head back to the hotel to get some rest around 3:30am or so.

April 18th 11:30am Breakfast on your own or you’re welcome to join me.

April 18th, 1:00pm to 4:00pm Hotel Meeting Room for LightRoom/PhotoShop instruction.

April 18th, 4:15 to sunset. We’ll go shoot or dinner break or both.

April 19th 8:00am Breakfast on your own or join me as you please.

April 19th 10:am Meet up and caravan out to shoot. Either in Death Valley or the surrounding region. The group chooses. Everyone bring their own lunch or snacks. This day is totally flexible based upon the group decision.

April 19th after sunset. Dinner break and then editing session after if the group decides to. Or you can go rest. Up to the group.

April 20th, 9:00am Breakfast on your own or join me as you please. All are welcome to then join me for breakfast as a group, or head out on your own if you like.

April 20th 10:00am Meet up and caravan out to shoot. Either in Death Valley or the surrounding region. The group chooses. Everyone bring their own lunch or snacks. This day is totally flexible based upon the group decision. An editing session might also happen in the afternoon.

April 20th after sunset. Dinner Break and then editing session after if the group decides to. Or you can go rest. Up to the group.

April 21st 9:00am Check out

For the entire time of this PhotoSafari I make myself and my assistants available to everyone unless we are resting or in a specific function like editing. As a group we can have meals together or apart. Your decision. Meals together are a great way to have roundtable discussions about Photography and editing. There are nice restaurant facilities nearby, or we can bar b que by the pool. I am flexible in everything I do except two things…

1. I want everyone to enjoy themselves, make friends, and learn things from one another.

2. Safety and a lot of fun for all who attend are my highest priority!
