This will be a mid-week seminar offered to take advantage of lower populations where I like to shoot.
We will be celebrating Infrared Photography. Please understand regular Photography will also be practiced. This PhotoSafari is about options!
All are welcome on this PhotoSafari! From beginner to expert! Even if all you have is an iPhone!
Our itinerary will be flexible in order to meet the needs of everyone in attendance.
I will have two cameras that are converted to Infrared onsite you can try.You can also purchase a Hoya R72 filter on Amazon from $37.00 to $78.00 and use this with your own camera.
This PhotoSafari is limited to eight attendees, and I will also have my assistant on hand so you will receive plenty of individualized attention! This PhotoSafari will occur, no matter the weather conditions! Dress accordingly. There are several locations I have in the area that afford awesome opportunities to practice other Photography skills, such as Star Trails, or Light Painting. These techniques will assist you with all of your Photography adventures.
PhotoSafari Fees: $915.00 per person INCLUDING YOUR HOTEL! Discounts are available to Campfire members and those that do not use Paypal
Your fees also include all instruction in order to obtain the best images possible AND LightRoom/PhotoShop lessons!
Not included: Your Transportation, lunch and dinner. I have a block of rooms reserved for this PhotoSafari at La Quinta Inn located in Cedar City, Utah. Breakfast is included! YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR YOUR STAY! I’ve a special block of rooms. You will check in individually upon arrival. Each Hotel Room includes a small refrigerator and a microwave for your convince. There are plenty of services available in Cedar City. If you need special considerations, bring them with you.
This will be our base location for the entire PhotoSafari. Bring your laptop! Editing Instructions will be accomplished in the La Quinta Inn Board Room. Do not worry if you are not proficient in these programs! Concessions will be made as needed. However having LightRoom Classic and PhotoShop preinstalled is recommended. Do not forget extension cords etc.
We will all meet at 5:00pm, Monday May 26th, 2025 at the La Quinta Inn, Cedar City, Utah. We will checkin at that time, have a short introduction meeting, and discuss our itinerary.
